Baggage Delivery Services – Terms & Conditions

1. Service Agreement
We provide baggage collection, transportation and delivery services through its own operations and/or authorized service partners.
By placing an order, the Customer confirms that:
- All information provided is accurate and complete.
- The baggage complies with these Terms & Conditions.
- The Customer is authorized to arrange transportation of the baggage.
Company reserves the right to refuse service where incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information has been provided.
2. Customer Responsibilities
The Customer is responsible for:
- Providing accurate pickup and delivery addresses.
- Supplying correct flight, hotel, and contact information.
- Being available during the agreed pickup and delivery time.
- Ensuring baggage is securely packed and suitable for transportation.
Company shall not be responsible for delays or losses arising from incorrect information provided by the Customer.
3. Packaging Requirements
Customers must properly package all baggage according to its nature, weight, and contents.
Company reserves the right to:
- Refuse improperly packed baggage.
- Require repacking before collection.
- Charge additional handling costs where necessary.
Any costs arising from inadequate packaging shall be borne by the Customer.
4. Items Not Accepted
Company will not transport any prohibited, illegal, hazardous, or restricted items.
These include, but are not limited to:
Dangerous Goods
- Explosives
- Fireworks
- Gas cylinders
- Flammable liquids
- Fuel
- Paints
- Thinners
- Corrosive materials
- Toxic substances
- Radioactive materials
- Weapons
- Ammunition
Valuable Items
- Cash
- Currency
- Credit or debit cards
- Traveller's cheques
- Securities
- Precious metals
- Jewellery
- Watches
- Antiques
- Artwork
- Collectibles
Personal Documents
- Passports
- Visas
- Tickets
- Boarding passes
- Identity documents
- Immigration documents
Perishable Goods
- Fresh food
- Frozen food
- Refrigerated items
- Plants
- Flowers
Live Animals
- Pets
- Birds
- Livestock
- Any live animals
Other Prohibited Items
- Human remains
- Illegal goods
- Counterfeit goods
- Narcotics
- Hazardous chemicals
- Items prohibited by airlines, airports, customs authorities, or local laws.
If prohibited items are discovered, Company may refuse transportation, report the matter to relevant authorities where legally required, and recover any resulting costs from the Customer.
5. Right to Refuse Service
Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking where:
- Incorrect information has been supplied.
- Baggage exceeds permitted size or weight.
- The baggage contains prohibited items.
- The Customer refuses required safety procedures.
- Transportation would violate local laws or airport regulations.
6. Delivery
Delivery may be completed by:
- Company staff
- Authorized logistics partners
- Hotel reception
- Concierge
- Apartment management
- Office reception
- Any person reasonably believed to be authorised to accept delivery on behalf of the Customer.
Delivery shall be deemed completed once baggage has been handed over to the authorised recipient.
7. Undeliverable Baggage
If baggage cannot be delivered because:
- the recipient cannot be located,
- the recipient refuses delivery,
- incorrect details were provided,
- or delivery cannot reasonably be completed,
Company will attempt to contact the Customer.
If no instructions are received within 7 calendar days, Company may dispose of, donate, or otherwise deal with the baggage as permitted by applicable law.
Any storage, transportation, disposal, customs, or administrative costs shall be the responsibility of the Customer.
8. Force Majeure
Company shall not be liable for delays or losses resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Weather conditions
- Airport closures
- Flight delays
- Customs inspections
- Government restrictions
- Security incidents
- Traffic accidents
- Road closures
- Industrial action
- Natural disasters
- Civil unrest
- Public health emergencies
- Airline operational disruptions
9. Limitation of Liability
Company shall not be liable for:
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic damage
- Scratches
- Scuffs
- Dents
- Fabric wear
- Broken wheels
- Handles
- Zippers
- Delays caused by third parties
- Loss arising from prohibited contents
- Consequential or indirect losses
- Loss of business
- Missed flights
- Loss of income
- Emotional distress
- Loss of working time
Company’s liability ends immediately upon successful delivery of the baggage.
10. Insurance Coverage
Each piece of baggage is insured up to a maximum value of USD 500 against:
- Loss
- Confirmed baggage delay attributable to Company
The insurance does not cover:
- Cosmetic damage
- External damage
- Wheels
- Handles
- Zippers
- Wear and tear
- Fragile contents
- Electronic devices
- Valuables
- Documents
- Cash
- Indirect losses
- Consequential damages
Compensation shall never exceed the actual value of the baggage or the insurance limit of USD 500, whichever is lower.
11. Damage Claims
Damage or loss must be reported:
- Immediately upon delivery, or
- Within 24 hours for hotel deliveries.
Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.
Any goodwill payment made by Company shall not constitute an admission of liability.
12. Airport Collection & Delivery Times
Customers should schedule:
- Airport Collection: Minimum 60 minutes after flight arrival
- Airport Delivery: Minimum 120 minutes before flight departure
Company is not responsible if customers select unrealistic collection or delivery times.
13. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations are subject to a USD 10 administrative fee.
- Bookings cancelled within 72 hours of the scheduled service are non-refundable.
- Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original payment method.
14. Booking Modifications
Changes must be requested before 00:00 (local service time), three (3) calendar days prior to the service date.
Requests received after the deadline:
- are not guaranteed,
- require manual review,
- and if accepted, will incur a USD 50 emergency processing fee.
15. Additional Baggage
If additional baggage is presented during collection beyond the original booking:
- acceptance is subject to available capacity,
- additional charges shall apply,
- payment must be made before transportation,
- charges may be collected directly by the local service provider.
16. Baggage Size & Weight Limits
Each item must comply with the following limits:
- Maximum Weight: 32 kg (70 lbs)
- Maximum Size: 180 cm total dimensions
- Maximum Length: 32 inches
Accepted baggage types include:
- Suitcases
- Cartons
- Duffel bags
- Backpacks
- Briefcases
- Strollers
- Ski equipment bags
Baggage exceeding these limits may be refused without refund.
17. Customer Delay
Where the Customer is reachable:
- First 30 minutes waiting time is complimentary.
- Thereafter, waiting time will be charged at USD 10 per 15-minute interval.
Extended delays may result in service cancellation without refund.
